Is Keto Dangerous?

Is keto dangerous? So there's a lot of misinformation out there about this so I'm going to kind of debunk it for you in this video so keto is not dangerous.

There's a lot of confusion when it comes to ketosis and people confusing it with keto acidosis. So these are two completely different things. So diabetic ketoacidosis occurs when we have super high ketone levels, but also super high blood sugar levels. And this is a kind of a disease state and this is what a lot of people confuse. If you've heard on like the commercials like this causes diabetic ketoacidosis. T

hat is when ketone levels are super high and when blood sugar levels are super high, and so in your average person, that's typically never going to happen. And so keto acidosis is that states and ketosis is a natural metabolic state or your body goes into a state of ketosis and starts to use and produce ketones for fuel at a level that is not dangerous to your system.
