Salted Pecan Chocolate Keto Bark

desserts recipes May 15, 2019
Chocolately, Salty, Nutty Goodness! 🤤 What else do you need?? This keto chocolate bark is a perfect after dinner treat and it's one of the recipes I always make around the holidays because it’s so simple and you can jazz it up with whatever toppings you like. Swap the pecans for any other nuts, seeds, or toppings of choice!
Prep Time:

 Cooling Time:
1 to 2 hours
Makes 20 Servings (15 grams per serving)

  • 1/2 cup (60g) pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon (7g) butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon + a pinch Redmond Real Salt
  • 6 ounces (170g) >90% dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup (60g) nut butter (I used 2 packets of FBOMB Macadamia Pecan Butter)
  • few drops or dash of sweetener (optional)

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Toss pecans with melted butter and salt. Roast in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a microwave safe dish, add chopped chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then continue microwaving in 10-second increments until completely melted.
  4. Add nut butter and another pinch of salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour melted chocolate mixture onto parchment lined baking pan. Top with pecans and place in the refrigerator (or freezer) for 1 to 2 hours or until set.
  6. Once set, break into pieces and enjoy!
