Rachel Gregory is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Author, and Podcaster.
She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami.
Rachel completed the first ever human clinical trial looking at the effects of the Ketogenic Diet in non-elite CrossFit athletes, which is published in the International Journal of Sports and Exercise Medicine.

Kickstart is a 12-week program consisting of 3 full-body resistance workouts per week lasting between 30 and 40 minutes. The program is broken up into 3 phases, each lasting 4 weeks in duration with a recommended cardio and conditioning plan that will progress along with the program phases to help you reach your goals!
