1-on-1 Coaching

1-on-1 Coaching Includes:

Initial Onboarding & Phone Consult. After signing up, you will receive an onboarding email to begin the coaching process. Once you have completed all tasks outlined in the email, we'll set up our initial phone call to get started!

Weekly detailed check-ins. You will submit a detailed check-in form every week. After submission, I will review your form and make necessary adjustments and suggestions for the following week to help you stay on track and ensure progress is being made!

Daily Support & Accountability. You will have direct access to me for any questions/concerns you have throughout the week.

Individualized Nutrition Plan. I will teach you exactly how to set up your daily nutrition to fit your goals and lifestyle. No cookie-cutter plans - we'll find what works for YOU, so you can sustain it long-term.

Access to Accountability Tracking System. I will set up a personal tracking system for you where I’ll hold you accountable for anything we discuss based on your goals - both nutrition and exercise-related.

Personalized Training Program. Your program is built specifically for you based on your goals, equipment availability, and experience. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goals. Phases change monthly to keep your training fun and engaging!
