Having A 'Stake In The Game'

 One of the most important lessons I have learned throughout my own health & fitness journey is the importance of investing in yourself. 

Before hiring my own coach and finding a community I could lean on for support, I was trying to do everything on my own. I continued to fall into the same old habits, the same excuses that were holding me back from achieving what I wanted, and the lingering feeling of just not feeling confident in my own skin.

I knew I needed to change things up, have someone else to bounce ideas off of, share the struggles I was facing, and make a commitment to ensure I was held financially accountable. This is what I mean by having "a stake in the game."
