Rachel Gregory is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, Athletic Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Author of the best-selling book, 21-Day Ketogenic Diet Weight Loss Challenge. She received her Master’s Degree in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from James Madison University and Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Miami.

Rachel is a former Collegiate Triathlete with a background in Functional Strength Training and CrossFit. She has worked with a variety of individuals throughout her career that include Division I collegiate athletes, WNBA stars, and some of the top bodybuilders in the world. She has a passion for educating those interested in optimizing their physical and mental well-being while improving long-term health and fitness goals.

One-on-One Coaching Includes:

Initial On-Boarding Process & Phone Consult. After signing up, you will receive an on-boarding email to begin the coaching process. Once you have completed all tasks outlined in the email, we'll set up our initial phone call to get started!

Weekly detailed check-ins. You will submit a detailed check-in form every week. After submission, I will review your form and make necessary adjustments and suggestions for the following week to help you stay on track and ensure progress is being made!

Daily Support & Accountability. You will have access to me via email for any questions/concerns you have throughout the week.

Access to Accountability Tracking System. I will set up a personal tracking system for you where I’ll hold you accountable for anything we discuss based on your goals.

Training Program. Your program is built specifically for you. You'll achieve your performance and aesthetic goals, without living in the gym. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goal. Phases change monthly to keep your training fun and engaging.
