If you're interested in individualized programming, accountability, and becoming educated on exactly how your nutrition and training are influencing your body composition and overall health, one-on-one coaching is for you!
Whether you’re looking to lose fat, gain muscle, build a healthy relationship with food and your workouts or all of the above, I've got you!
Initial On-Boarding Process & Phone Consult. After signing up, you will receive an onboarding email with documents to begin the coaching process. Once you have completed all tasks outlined in the email, we'll set up our initial phone call to get started!
Weekly Detailed Check-ins. You will submit a detailed check-in form every week. This is how we'll stay up to date on your nutrition and training progress, biofeedback, overall health, and more. I'll give you detailed feedback and make any necessary adjustments to help you stay on track and ensure we're moving in the right direction.
Support & Accountability. You'll have exclusive access to me via email for any questions/concerns you have throughout the week.
Access to Daily Accountability Tracking System. You'll receive a personal tracking system where I’ll hold you accountable for anything we discuss based on your goals as well as daily calorie and macros, steps, sleep, stress, training performance, recovery ability, and any other metrics we decide on to ensure you're working to build long-term, sustainable habits.
Training Program. Your workout program will be personalized to your goals, experience, equipment availability, and schedule. Your training is mapped out in phases, designed to progressively move you towards your goals. Phases change monthly based on progress and to keep your training fun and engaging! I'll personally hold you accountable to your training every week, provide form and technique feedback, and push you to become your strongest and most badass self!

Having a coach—an outside observer—to what you’re doing is going to be a good move. Even if you’re the best at studying all the literature and calculating macros and know all about physiology, it’s going to be a benefit to have someone like Rachel helping you along and holding you accountable.

Accountability, hands down, was the biggest benefit of working with Rachel. I always preach consistency, but having Rachel hold me accountable showed me that I wasn't necessarily walking my talk 100% of the time.
I also benefited from Rachel's diet guidance and vast knowledge of diet breaks and refeeds, which I had never tried before. As a former overweight and long term keto person, it was hard to convince myself to eat certain foods or raise the amount of calories I was eating daily. However, I put my trust in Rachel and the scale continued to go down.
