As a nutritionist and fitness professional, it's hard to admit to myself (and especially others) when I’ve ‘fallen off the wagon.’
And although I may have all of the knowledge, tools, and experience to 'get back on it'...it's not always that simple.
After reflecting on my own journey, I realized that I was struggling in a few particular areas. I knew something had to change and I knew that it wasn't going to happen unless I addressed the following areas:
- Accountability - I didn’t have the support or guidance from an ‘outside person looking in’ to keep me accountable, bounce ideas off of, or just help keep me motivated to follow through every single week.
- Long Term Plan - I didn’t have a specific plan in place and I was frankly burnt out from making plans for other people that I just didn’t have the mental energy to make one for myself.
- Lack of Strategy - I didn’t have strategies set in place to help me work towards the specific goals I wanted to achieve. I was stuck in 'this is the only way' mindset...not giving myself the opportunity to branch out and try new things. Plus, my body was just screaming for me to switch things up.
Long story short, I hired my own coach, created a long-term plan, implemented specific strategies along the way, and ultimately achieved the goal that I set out for myself.
I invested in MYSELF....and it was the ABSOLUTE best thing I have ever done!!
This is why I now focus on helping my clients transform their lives by starting with the physical (body), realizing the power of the mental (mindset), and ultimately gaining massive confidence that bleeds into every aspect of their lives (family, relationships, work, etc.).
Moral of the story: Don’t cheat yourself and don’t be cheap with yourself. Invest your time and money in becoming the best version of you.
Your life only gets better when you do. Work on yourself and the rest will follow…
What Others Are Saying About Working With Rachel...
I wouldn’t trade my experience for anything! I have learned so much more about nutrition, training, and how to make mindset modifications to my life to help me continue on the journey to becoming unapologetically the best version of myself.
I am so thankful for the unwavering support I have received from Rachel over the past several months. Helping me to see progress when I had blinders on, helping me find and implement the tools that worked for me to support my mental health as I navigated a very uncertain time at work, and overall, just helping me to stay the course and trust the process.

A major take away from this experience was the accountability and support I found in Rachel. This investment in myself has been worth every penny.
Every great athlete and top executive has a coach. Why? Because holding ourselves accountable and relying on our own self-discipline is hard. We all need a cheerleader when it gets tough, a teacher when the facts get confusing, and an outside perspective when we get in our own way.

Accountability, hands down, was the biggest benefit of working with Rachel. I always preach consistency, but having Rachel hold me accountable showed me that I wasn't necessarily walking my talk 100% of the time.
I also benefited from Rachel's diet guidance and vast knowledge of diet breaks and refeeds, which I had never tried before. As a former overweight and long term keto person, it was hard to convince myself to eat certain foods or raise the amount of calories I was eating daily. However, I put my trust in Rachel and the scale continued to go down.

Having a coach—an outside observer—to what you’re doing is going to be a good move. Even if you’re the best at studying all the literature and calculating macros and know all about physiology, it’s going to be a benefit to have someone like Rachel helping you along and holding you accountable.
Rachel is great and very encouraging, but also tough when she needs to be. She’s reminded me again and again that consistency wins over perfection, and that progress is progress (even little bits). And maintenance…she’s helped me understand the missing piece of every diet – maintenance!

This is an awesome program that is geared towards a long term sustainable lifestyle. Packed with lots of educational material that gives you the tools to make good decisions about nutrition, activity and mindset. I have tried almost everything available on the market over the last ten years and while some were successful in the short term none were long lasting. This one is so very different bc you aren’t just told what to do but how to do it and why you should be doing it. It is geared specifically for women and who better than another woman to help women change their life! I have lost over 15 pounds and 4 clothe sizes and it’s still shedding off me! This was a prayer answered after so long of searching! 5 out of 5 from this very satisfied client.
Having followed a ketogenic diet for several years, I thought I knew it in and out. After doing Rachel’s program, I realize I was just touching the surface. Not only have I learned SO much from her lessons, but I have seen big results from applying what I have learned. I have been able to gain muscle throughout the program and hit big lifting PRs in the gym while still losing fat and lowering measurements. I’m also grateful to use carbs as a tool now, as I have been scared to try doing that on my own. The accountability and how available Rachel is to answer questions is huge! I’ve done lots of health challenges and support groups and none have compared to this at all. It has been worth every penny!
Rachel is so fantastic! She is so knowledgeable and very supportive of wherever you are in your journey. I highly recommend working with her. I lost a total of 13.2 pounds in 12 weeks and am noticing muscle and tone where there wasn't any before. I also followed along with her Kickstart program for 12 weeks and I can feel how much stronger I have become. Working with Rachel is a game changer for anyone who is wanting to be healthier, lose body fat and improve body composition and be a stronger, better version of you.
Rachel, her coaching style and the information/education she has given me has helped me transform my body and my lifestyle! She is truly amazing. After more than a year plateau, her individual plan for me has made noticeable changes and improvements in me. Thanks Rachel!

I appreciate the care that Rachel shows for her clients! It really shows through her willingness to take the time to answer my questions and provide motivation and accountability. She takes the time to explain the reasoning behind the various strategies implemented in the program. I’ve seen progress because I’m no longer mindlessly following random strategies and protocols. I now have a strong foundation for what truly matters. The way the program helped change my daily mindset has also caused me to see improvement in other areas of my health, other than weight. Thanks for all you do for the community, Rachel!
Rachel is so helpful as a coach. She is very knowledgeable and breaks information down in a way that you understand everything. When you have questions she is eager to help and always answers in a timely manner. I highly recommend her if you want success on your keto journey.
1 year ago today I started the keto diet following Rachel's 21-Day Program. Today, I am so happy with the consistent energy I feel, the body composition changes, and the fact that I never ever feel “hangry” anymore. But the most amazing thing has been that I have managed to pull myself out of a flare up of UC twice now by paying attention to my body and using the keto diet and fasting as one more tool in my holistic toolbox. I have had this disease for 30 years now and I never thought that getting out of a flare without medication was possible. Who knows what will happen in the future, but for now I’m taking a moment to be grateful for this good health.
